Team and identity
Map roles and folder access. Suite advertises SAML 2.0 SSO, SCIM and MFA for enterprise identity requirements; review your identity provider and rollout with Suite.
Administration and automation
Suite advertises an Admin API for users, groups, permissions and workflows. Obtain its current documentation and authentication requirements before designing an integration.

The Bring Your Own storage path begins with compatibility and active data volume.
At least 20 TB of active storage
This minimum applies to S3 Native and agent customers. It is specific to the Bring Your Own storage path; Managed starts at 1 TB.
Supported native objects
Identify your provider, region, bucket and file format. Native objects in supported storage may avoid format migration; proprietary storage formats require a separate assessment.
An authorized storage owner
Review the required bucket policy and connection instructions with Suite. Filesystem permissions and bucket IAM remain separate access paths.

03Questions, answered
Do all Enterprise inquiries require an existing bucket?
No. Bring Your Own storage is optional on Enterprise. Describe your requirements so the storage path can be evaluated.
Is S3 Native self-service through this form?
No. This form begins an inquiry when connected; it does not provision a bucket or grant access. Confirm compatibility and obtain the current connection instructions from Suite.
What should an agent include?
State the user’s workload, active storage size, provider, host environment and whether the task needs filesystem or S3 access. Identify the person who can authorize setup and spending. Do not include credentials or payment details.
Where should a smaller team start?
If you want Suite-managed storage, review Managed and its 1 TB starting point. The S3 Native path requires at least 20 TB of active storage.

Signing up with an AI agent
- Continue on the official form in the destination tab. Use the user’s authorized details and select whether they are creating or joining a team.
- For Managed, follow the account setup steps presented by Suite. Ask the user to handle verification, passwords and acceptance of agreements when required.
- If billing requests a card, prompt the user to enter payment details directly in Suite’s secure flow and approve any charge or subscription. Do not collect card details in this site or a chat.
- For BYO / S3 Native, submit the authorized request with the storage provider and workload context. Suite will guide the connection and onboarding; active storage starts at 20 TB.
- After Suite confirms setup, use the supported client and authorized access to complete a first file operation. Report the actual result, and resume after any human-only step.
