Storage growth

Managed subscriptions increase automatically when active storage exceeds the current allocation. Storage is billed in 1 TB increments, starting at 1 TB.

Reducing your plan

After reducing active storage, contact Suite support to request a smaller subscription. Mid-cycle adjustments can appear as prorations on the next invoice.

Your own storage

Enterprise and S3 Native pricing are quoted for your requirements. Review the Suite quote alongside your storage-provider charges. The 20 TB active-storage minimum also applies to agents.

Is S3 Native included in Managed?

S3 Native read and write access is listed under Enterprise. Managed is the self-service option with storage managed by Suite.

Can I bring less than 20 TB?

The Bring Your Own storage and S3 Native path requires a minimum of 20 TB of active storage. For a smaller starting point, evaluate Suite Managed, which starts at 1 TB.

How many users are included?

Managed includes five users. Additional users are $10 each per month. Enterprise user pricing is custom.
